being recorded onto spools of tape for the latest edition of SONIC FABRIC.
BETWEEN STATIONS conisists of 14 tracks inspired by life in New York City,

The SONIC FABRIC SOUND ARCHIVE is a collection of samples - raw data -
the sonic stuff of which the world around us is made. Samples from the
archive are looped, layered, and interwoven into collages that are recorded
onto cassette tape before it’s woven into SONIC FABRIC. To date, three
collages have been created: The Sounds of (1/2)Life, Fishdress Fabric
(custom collage commissioned by Phish percussionist Jon Fishman), and
Between Stations. More always are in the works.
